Hui is a Chinese word that means the last day of the month. As the moonlight dims, it becomes the darkest night of the month. In Chinese Culture, Hui also represents a sense of gloom. I named this project “Hui,” based on my story of a Natural disaster. However, I am committed to building an optimistic connection between objects and humans. My project Hui brings the memories into reality, using the past pain to create a warm light to cherish the present happiness.
